New Tutors Available

Since July 2006 we have been recruiting tutors to our training course and instructing them on the YogaU Method of teaching yoga to children. The course has been very successful and has resulted in us building a tutor base in many Perth suburbs.Contact Us

Classes in your School

YogaU run classes in schools catering for both special needs and mainstream ages K to 12
Rainbow Flowers Pre School Program:- Yoga is introduced through interwoven stories, song and creative play.
Yoga For Schools years PP - 7 :- Yoga techniques including movement,breathing and relaxation are introduced in a fun and creative way, themes will vary depending on need and age of the children.
Yoga For Upper Schools year 8-12:- Yoga techniques that reduce stress and tension are the focus , providing valuable life skills and coping mechanisms that are particularly beneficial to teens as they are growing and becoming.

P.D Days for Teachers and Assistants

We are now looking at working with schools and teachers as part of the continued professional development. Many teachers have approached us to discuss the Children's Yoga Teacher Training Course we run for teachers and yoga tutors. However, sometimes making a commitment to a weekend course over 5 months can be a drawback. For this reason we are making our course material available in bite sized pieces so they can learn useful yoga techniques that can be used in the classroom. Our relaxation C.D.s are available by mail order and a sample of our work can be found on the here. Why not give your child the gift of a peaceful mind and the energy that yoga can provide.
