Do you ever wish that they had a yoga class just for teachers?
Here at YogaU we are always looking to improve our range of services. It is not uncommon whilst we are visiting a school for a teachers to say “We wish we could join in with the yoga”
Well now you can!
Our yoga for teachers program, is a school based activity that helps you take a well deserved break from the hardship of modern day teaching.Our program can be run on a single one to one basis, or a group based activity over a term. Our pricing is competitive and we would love you to bring others to join in. What’s more some employers will allow it as CPD so you can claim back some of the costs.
Our goal is to provide a space in the week for you to unwind, reduce anxiety, and set your mind free from all those troubles, if only for a little while.
No experience necessary, none strenuous and very good for you.
